Yes, while moving to Google Workspace (G Suite) from another application or service, like Microsoft Outlook, you can migrate your old mail, contacts, and calendar data with you. We have a variety of options for migrating data into Google Workspace (G Suite), depending on the size of the data in your organization.

Email service will only work with a valid registered domain and up-to-date MX records. If you don’t have a domain, we will help you buy the domain of your choice and then set up Google Workspace (G Suite) for you. Domain cost is not included in Google Workspace. For instance when Email messages sent to an address with an expired domain would bounce back to the sender with a notification that the message was undelivered.

Your data is yours. If you decide to cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can download your data—for example, your email and documents on team sites—and save it to another location. You should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your Microsoft 365 account will be available to your administrator(s) in a limited function account for 90 days.

It depends on the Google Workspace (G Suite) edition you subscribe to. The least is 30GB of cloud storage shared across Drive and Gmail on the Business starter edition per user. The Business Plus edition offers 5 B per user. On any edition, you can upgrade to unlimited storage at an additional fee.

However, you can still access your Google Workspace account and receive an email. After this suspension period, sending limits will automatically get reset and the user can start sending emails.
